1. Subscribers Fee

Streamlabs will pay you a one-off fee of USD $15 for each user who subscribes to Ultra (“Subscriber”) through clicking the Ultra subscription button located in the App description page (“Subscribers Fee”).

You will receive payment only for those users who sign up for the paid Ultra subscription and not for the users who sign up for an Ultra free trial.

2.Active Users Fee

Streamlabs will pay you a fee based on your active users (“Active Users Fee”) calculated as follows:

The Active Users Fee shall equal to the product of multiplying the Value Per Ticket with the Specific App Active Installs.

Value Per Ticket x Specific App Active Installs = Active Users Fee

Definitions:

  • Number of Active Monthly Subscribers is the number of Ultra Subscribers with at least one App installed to their Streamlabs Desktop instance and that have launched the Streamlabs Desktop at least once within the last calendar month.
  • Pool is the Number of Active Monthly Subscribers multiplied by USD $1.
  • Tickets is the cumulative number of all the active App installs.
  • Value Per Ticket is the quotient of dividing the Pool by the Tickets (Pool/Tickets = Value Per Ticket)
  • Specific App Active Installs is the cumulative number of all your App installs by all Subscribers.

Example:

In a given month, the pool has 50,000 Active Monthly Subscribers and a cumulative 795,000 active App installs, so 795,000 Tickets. The Monthly Pool is USD $50,000 (50,000 x USD $1). The Value Per Ticket is USD $50,000/795,000 = $0.063. The Developer’s App has 126,000 Specific App Active Installs.
The Active Users Fee shall be USD $0.063x126,000 = USD $7,938

Payment terms: 45 days from date the amount owed is calculated. (“Effective Invoice Date”).
